And she sat there in agony for hours until she died. There is a bug with nukepack with the nuke, you can download the individual item if you experience the bug which will fix it.

You have to download it in-game, but you can only use it if you have the nuke pack and you are playing singleplayer, or a server with no duplicator protection.
