Added the icons for: Academy, Arena, Bardic College, Castle and Cathedral. Since I am not the best at creating these, I will update them whenever I have a few. Some may not hold up to the standard i'd like them to be and after having an icon for everything, I will revisit and change those.

Added several tiles with important information that would be tedious to always look up in the rulebook (Screenshot_07). Rules: Every building that can be build in a settlement and outside, along with the turn sequence and the leadership roles. Next will be some new icons.
