Shame about that bug, the mission is pretty fun though ^^
I also had the same problem as Gunslinger where the tasks disappeared, but reloading an older save fixed it. You should probably look at task scripting to find the source of the problem.
Otherwise great scenario, keep up the good work.
About unit standing, use - this setunitpos "up" - command :) Or there is a button in unit settings.
All known ennemies were killed, but I could not get the hostage to follow. How do you do that?
The loadouts were adequate but I was surprised that none of them came with a demolitions charge to complete the generator objective. I would recommend giving one of the team members an explosive or the option to take one. As it was, I used an RPG-42 laying around to do the job and completed it just fine.
