Like Psycho said...do not try to do Codsworth..anyone...even if you think you know. I knew it had lists of potential names but I thought I had a way to filter for it. I. was. wrong. the horror. the horror. Anyhow...love the gutsy mod on my sparks.

@Wparker6804: Well, the hardest part usually is getting the lines - but in case of FO4 games, that's easy-peasy.
The longest part is deciding which files to use - best way is to create the folders with the names of the actions and drop the lines you want to use. And some people don't do it, but I also cut some files to get new lines (like "sure, sounds like fun" - you can change it into two separate "sure" and "sounds like fun").
After that it's only some fun in Xcom SDK where you have to assign those audio files to Xcom actions.

Kind of ironic, really. I spend who knows how long making Codsworth a tank with the automatron DLC. Slapping him on a Titanfall SPARK would be great. Still have no idea how to do mods like this or the tools I'd need.

@Wparker6804: No worries. Since I did release bunch of Fallout VPs lately, I thought you asked if I will work on Codsie next - probably not, Fallout 4 companions already have 2000+ lines to check and find like 500 usable lines. And having to check additional 1000 lines to find those useless names, that's kinda... deflating my hype to do anything with him.

@Narrelama: Interesting, you're the first person who reports vanila-voicepack crashing WotC. Can you add some details (like, which skill) so I could bother my WotC-friend to see if he can replicate it?

And then, Peacemaker wrote that in February, it's possible latest X2 DLC did some changes to files and broke some stuff around...

I dunno about EAFPeacemaker, but I've experienced it breaking my game because it isn't WOTC compatible (u'll get that aweful crash during a mission as some mec voiced by the gutsy executes some new move). But it doesn't claim to be compatible with WOTC, and I TOTALLY enjoyed it while it lasted.

i just wish i could hear him talk more often...i kill em so quickly its boring after the eight time or so (the biggest number of these douches i killed was like...twelve) THEY WERE MILITARY CREATIONS FOR EASY PETE'S SAKE!

Nice voice. Been using it in WOTC, had no idea it wasn`t made for it!

@HUNK: I don't have WotC so won't be able to rerelease any mod for quite some time. But so far didn't had any reports of errors from people who use my voicepacks in WotC, they work for them properly, they just have the warning "not compiled in WotC SDK".

@PsyCHo, usually when getting the voice mods, there is an image on the above the "Created By" icon, there is a small image that says that it is WOTC compatable. I've experienced occasions when the vanilla mods would completely break when I set it to the WOTC expansion version. So in my case. No.

There was a guy on who does the voice mods had to rerelease his entire Voice Mod list to be WOTC compatible.
