I am not sure if the original author still reads this, but is there any way to port this to SE or give the permission to someone else to do so?

i turned breezehome into a shop. does this mean that i cant have a stall in whiterun? do i need the master bedroom or something to buy a stall? what if i load from before and buy all the additions before i remodel it into a store?
Will you upload the new file and remember credits to this mod ;-)
