Works as intended on my game as well.
I don't have any overhaul mods, just 12tpy, diplo mod, and more skill points for generals and agents.

This mod does work. Not sure what problems others are having.

Doesnt seem to be working currently, I'm a save game before the divide and no matter the amount of mods I turn off or change the load order, It still triggers on my next town capture, where Im playing withh the expanded japan mod so to be taking on the majority of japans factions right now feels much lol

How do you know this works in a new game?

I have tried placing it at the top of bottom and it is not making any difference from my old save.

Does that Fame Indicator that creeps up go to zero once this works and stays that way for the rest of the game unless you attempt to take out the Shogunate?

I think the mod needs an update. I just tried it today, haven't touched Kyoto and by conquering other clan's territories I got the Realm Divide event.

From what I remember the mod author telling me previously, it's really hard to turn off realm divide for Kyoto. It's like... hard-coded into the game.

No, it prevents realm divide from occurring when you take territory. If you do take Kyoto, realm divide will occur but will be much less severe. You can also vassal it (I believe) and this will enable you to carry on without triggering it at all.

@Tora as far as I know its not possible to prevent RD from taking Kyoto. Hardcoded.

Is it possible to also prevent Realm Divide from taking Kyoto, or is that hardcoded into the game?

@naruhodo. that's correct, i never changed the name. You can rename it if you like, but avoid using spaces between words as this will break the mod.

@Captain_Joe the mod seems to be named just "mod.pack" in mod selection menu.

It still works. I've used it in an Otomo playthrough. Check your mod list and see if anything could conflict with it.

Nice mod, totally doesn't work. I was having a nice game before the usual realm divide hit and ruined it. Mod sucks.

I tried the mod out, but it seems it doesn't work, I don't know if that's because I have DARTH mod on or something else, but even when I conquer a town while being just on the edge of realm divide, it still happens. Shogun 2 is a great game but this whole realm divide ♥♥♥♥ is ridiculous and totally unhistorical.

hey cow mod.pack thank you does it work with ROTS and FOTS . I am currently playing ROTS and and the realm divide hit and I have no income and my game is done I want to go back an old save and stop it like the movie terminator lol

So I subscribed. How the hell do I launch it? I could as long as it was in my downloads list... but now there is simply no button anywhere to do that.

Why this doesn't work is because first, the tables may be out of date and have content that shouldn't be, or is missing. Second, you have entries in there that you don't need to edit. Third, you didn't rename the tables, overwriting ANY other mod that tries to do that same or even touches campaign variables. Making it incompatible and may be prone to crashes.
