All the improvements despawned....TWICE!!!! I'm broke now and have to grind like Hell to get a few septims again! I loved the stuff, while it was there lol.

Love the mod. But I married muiri and it seems like she won't go to the house no matter what I try to do. Is it cuz of the walls? Is there a way to get her there? I noticed the gate is always locked so maybe that's why she won't show up? Any help? Any advice?

This a neat mod, adds protective walls around your manor in touch with the architectural style of the Falkreath Hold; the blacksmith will buy the loot you haul in from your adventures and work the smelter and anvil outside, giving your home more livelier vibe. Also, the patrolling guards make a cool addition to a Thane's abode. Highly recommended.

This is SUPER cool, just made the housecarl in Solitude my Steward and everything seems to work smooth and without problems. Hiring guards etc aslo worked fine. And I love the wall and the feeling, it's a shame they didin't implement that as an option. Well done!

Try deteling both the esp and bsi and after unsubscribing, and then resubsribe.

I have built the wall, but it is not showing up. I am able to hire the guards and blacksmith and there are fire graphics where the guard tower should be, so it looks like the wall was built, but is not showing up. I have used LOOT for my load order. Anyone got any suggestions?

For anyone having issue with not getting the option to buy guards or the Blacksmith, it was noted in the SE version of this mod that this problem is due a compatibility issue with CFTO "Carriage and Ferry Travel Overhaul (Formerly Complete Fast Travel Overhaul)" - if you have both these mods, move the Lakeview Manor Upgrades to load after CFTO.

I moved mine to load after CFTO and it fixed the issue immediately.

Does this work on the special edition version of skyrim? This is the best mod for lakeview manor in my opinion, it has exactly what i want, and it lets me build the upgrades rather than just having everything placed at once.

There is a glitch that sometime happens where you can not build the wall.

If you dont have the option to get a bard, than that is not a problem with the mod. The bard is a native part of hearthfire.

I dont have any bards nor guards. the option to hire them did not show up in my steward

just fixed it before you hire anybody make sure you built the wall around the house then find your steward to hire the guards first and the rest later on

who is "your steward"? on the letter that the courier sent men 24 hours after the wall was build it said that i have to speak to my steward so that she/he can talk to the steward of the jarl of falkreath to issue guards to my house. if it is possible that they mean my housecarl i have already tried talking to Rayya and i didn't find any new dialouge :( pls help

If the stewered in not there, that is a problem with the base dlc, not the mod.
