I edited the pictures several times with tools.
I used gimp and photoshop.

Hi guys. The mod is ready soon. For the men comes ragnar, bjorn, ivar, hvitserk, ubbe, floki, rollo etc ... and for the womans comes lagertha, siggy, aslaug, torvi etc...

Hi guys. I've just looked and I'm glad that you like my mod. That's why I'm going to do a second portrait mod. This one will get even better because many characters from Vikings will be there. Ivar the Boneless, Ragnar, Rollo, Bjorn Iron Side, Floki, Lagertha, Shieldmaiden and many others. The new portraits are all with armor, fur and some with helmets. I hope you will like it. For anyone that had the question I did, the portraits are in the steamapps/workshop/content folder. delete them there

You keep saying you can just delete them from that folder, but only the originals are there

Where did you find the image you used for Roskva. I really only want to use that one.

I'm thinking about it. It does not fit 100%. That's true.

So, I love the mod overall, but is there any chance of getting a different portrait for Nefja instead of the one from Pilliars of Eternity? It's not that it's ugly, exactly, but it's from a game with a totally different art style, and it clashes *horribly* with all of the other portraits this mod adds.

Where'd you get the portraits for the companions? Nice job btw.

I can only agree. All the important player/-follower portraits were a bit too unimpressive. I can play better with my portraits, because for me it's more identify with the character.

You've made Roskva hot, thank you because I was dissapointed that her portrait looked like she had a minor case of the mumps going on, especially considering that regardless of appearance she is a qt.

Ok, I have made a desctop screenshot from the first 5 followers before and after + attached this to the description. It is a matter of taste...you can simply delete the follower portraits and start the game. According to developers, they are replaced by the original ones.

Personally I don' t like the original ones. I think Røskva looks like jack sparrow from pirates of the Caribbean. Ketill friendly as a poet. Gunnarr looks more like catweasel instead of a berzerker and Asleifr with the colorful pearls in his beard as leader. Nefja looks like a maid but a shieldmaiden...mhhh

It is cool but i didn't like that it replaced all the Companions portaits since the artwork for those was very good.

Unfortunately, you can't add new portraits. Only change the existing ones. I would also prefer if you could expand the custom portraits, for example maybe male/female player portraits from 9 to 20. This is not possible at the moment because every portrait is fixed. Just play without the mod ;) if you think it's a shame.

This mod doesn't actually add new portraits though, it REPLACES the original portaits, which is a shame.

I have never thought about it. So far, there is not such a version. You can simply delete the portraits you don't like and start the game. According to developers, they are replaced by the original ones.

Is there a version of this mod that only makes the portraits availible for the player and doesnt change the followers? only the customizable followers?

As soon as I have achieved this ingame progress the screenshots come. I'm still in the hall. I have make desctop picture from Røskva and Gunnarr in the description.

Good stuff! I do think Nefja got the short end of the stick though, her portraits are so bad compare to the others that you change.
