Yea I'm going to rewrite it soon. Right now it checks for the amount that was picked up instead of the type of coin. So it's a yes/no then how much you got.
So say you picked up the quarter. You would have a 50% chance of getting a bunch of flies instead of 25 chances at flies.

I'll have to make it check what type of coin was picked up then have it run the check that many times instead.

I'm also probably going to not make it count pickups like the quarter or 2 of diamonds because none of the other penny trinkets do. That was really just a side effect of how it was made anyway.

Dime and Nickle consist from 10/5 coins, so each of a coin should have its own 50% chance to spawn a fly upon getting, not like to get everything or to get nothing.
Mom's box mechanic should only give 100% chance or 50% chance to spawn a random fly. Combining mechanic makes this trinket too powerful.

Updated. Check description. 50% chances for double the amount now. Mom's box gives the bonus flys 100% + the 50% normal fly chance. Let me know what you think.

You could have it be a 50% chance to spawn 2 flies per coin value, then have Mom's Box double the chance of getting flies to 100% instead of doubling the number of flies given.

50% chance for a fly when you pick up a penny would not suck, and that's not the right way of thinking anyway. There's plenty of trinkets that are better than eachother

Good point but then a dime with mom's box could give you 40 flies possibly. I'll think about it while trying to fix the 99 cent glitch.

A 50% chance for 1 fly would suck. How is one fly from one penny OP? They usually only kill one enemy at best.

None of the other pennies give you something when you pick up coins. They give you a 'chance' to get something when you pick up coins. For a trinket this is right up there with cancer... OP.
