you could make it chrome too with some fiddling around with the vmt
just put
"$envmap" "models/apocmodels/SonicGenerations/envmaps/randomenv"
"$normalmapalphaenvmapmask" "9"
"$envmaptint" "[.02 .1 .1]"
put it in a vmt and it will have env maps
the Envmap material directory is what and were the env map is and the envmaptint numbers can be changed for different results.
(if your wondering im editing some sonic models and just put a whole folder of env maps i made in there)

jk I know there's no possible way to rip models from D1
if there was, there'd surely be models already
cant wait for D2 though, people might be able to get models from that and put it on the workshop
