Make sure you didn't change the black texture, delete the RT camera and place another. if that doesn't work, I'll test it in a second.

It's on the first page of Machines, you just aren't clicking the right tab Andrew.

It's also not a plugin or mod like the other workshop items, this is a bunch of items welded together.
