For anyone who noticed, I did delete almost every old comment since they were useless and distracting.

I didn't need to, but I did, and I just kept adding onto it more and more,... then boom.

Take a Modifiable Cannon, place it aiming backwards. Yes, backwards. Place lots of damage modules onto it, add just enough generators to keep your cannon firing, some side-facing thrusters to use to turn right and left, and some armor, preferably a good amount of it.

When you are done, use mouse rotation to aim the front of your ship in the direction of your enemy, then click and hold.
