Is this the vurtual_covert_vest? Under Ace Arsenal this shows up as zero protection, resistance, & load, but 3lb weight.

I never really considered a license for it, since it's a 30 second config job. I could try to figure out a license for the picture of the vest... as if anyone needed that.

If you read the description, it simply adds a vest with level 2 armor that has no model due to the fact that it's designed as a concealed vest.
