The title specifically states "PROPs" Nowhere in the description or screenshots is there any evidence this is a usable weapon.

As for not finding the addon, go left of the spawn menu, look for the addons tab and then the name of the addon.

I've never seen one of these in person despite being a canadian...held a Ross Straightpull Rifle before...but not this unfortunately

Well my friend, here's my answer:

I release models for posing. I cannot make them useable, nor do I care about making them useable.

If you want to shoot guns so much, either learn to make them yourself or pay someone to do it for you.
