Use the Devkit editor, set a spawnpoint and name it after what is in the Vendor file in the NPC at Spawnpoint

So new update kinda messed up npcs I think because people are getting a like error in their servers and stuff I'll look further into it but it might be the npcs

the map and the modpack are already in english only the NPCs i still have to develop then i can do an english version of the NPCs too.
