Got thru that. Had to spawn 15 rocks. Don't think I can waste any more time on this one. No clues on some things. Trial an error on the kill monster and hope you go to a safe place where the trap doors don't open up. To much time and not enough food now.

I am stuck in the room with pressure plates, one in the center that activates the fireball, lightning bolt, etc. I see one button changs what is being fired but can't figure out what the object to the puzzle is suppose to be? I guess get eash of the four sections to fire from mouth to hole?

Hello. I solved all mysteries of your labyrinth. Thank you for interesting dungeon. I enjoyed many puzzles put its ingenuity in.

By the way, do you not update it anymore?I want you to add the room of the last decisive battle with Minotaur next to the room of three lines of pressure plates if to be able to do it.I think that it was better if in a condition to reach a tentative ending.

I just realized that the last update on this dungeon was back in 2013. I just spent like ten minutes complaining in the comment section of dungeon that nobody's cared about for over a year...

...what am i doing with my life?

What i'm trying to say here is that the dungeon has pretty poor indication in it's puzzles. I'm fine with puzzles being vague and difficult to figure out, but when you get to that point where you think you did everything right, and all of the hints are in place, but nothing seems to happen and you look around and nothing's changed... I dunno, maybe i'm just a nitwit and i was doing the completely wrong thing. But after the previous puzzle and the fact that in it you could try to do the thing before moving the thing, and there's no real indication that you have to move the thing, and the way to move the thing is so hard to spot (I apologize for my spoiler-avoidand overuse of the word "Thing")...


I'm sure you're just some dungeon building genius and i just don't get you. But i find your puzzles... awkward. Not too difficult, just... awkward.

Wow, did i really write all that? I have GOT to find more important things to complain about.

I got sick of this map and bailed halfway through. It's not that a puzzle stumped me, not really. I was the first puzzle on floor three. The one with the goromorg statue and the elemental bombs. I spent a good long while studying the pattern of that one, mastering the timing of the different doors and whatnot... and i put everything in place and opened the things and let the thing happen (Being intentionally vague here, spoilers and whatnot)... and then nothing seemed to happen. also, by this point, i'd spent so long on the puzzle that my entire party was starving and half-dead from all the fighting they'd been doing, and i really wasn't keen on fighting another big monster just to try one more time in case something had gone wrong...

@flv Look for two light switches in that room. Once turned on, shadows cast by the pillars will form an X on the ground. Stand at that spot for about 10 seconds and get ready for a fight. Thanks for playing my dungeon...the best is yet to come.

@Squigly You'll want to step on the pressure plates in the same sequence that the torches light up. After repeating the sequence, there is a lever at the far end which will then open the door. If you mess up, the lever will trigger a fireball blast instead. Good Luck and thanks for playing my dungeon.

Hi, this pretty embarrasing, but I'm stuck on the first level. I'm in the long room with 5 unlit torches on each side, and a pressure plate at the beginning shows a combination of ways to light the torches. I've tried doing it in that order, and I've tried lighting them all at the same time and lighting them one at a time, but nothing I do works. Can anyone tell me how to do it, or a hint?

@torbekenhai The explosive corners are actually healing him. Hinted at occasionally if you read his text at the bottom. He must be beaten without allowing him to re-charge his health at the edges. Good luck! You're nearly at the end.

So, I haven't played this dungeon in a while and just remembered why, stuck on the fire boss after following minotaur around the pitfall area with invisibility. Done a ton of damage and pretty sure that's not the way. Can't seem to lure into the explosive corners either. What am I missing?

@bluemime86 Thanks for the note about the graphics...yeah, these timing puzzles I've noticed behave differently on different PC's. Funny about your snail bait physics discovery...didn't even think of that, but it makes for a good puzzle at least when it works.

Thanks trilobite, i actually did try hitting the snail with the thunderbolt before getting your advice, but when i did, i couldnt seem to get the thunderbolt to move past the gates. But when i lowered down my graphic settings, the thunderbolt was able to get through. I knew it had something to do with lowering down graphic settings cause this problem happened with another game, where i was told to lower down graphic settings in order to solve a certain puzzle. this is a bug that appears to need some fixing. I still think that it would had made more sense to get the blobs on each switch, since its silly that a monster weighing far more than a piece of snail meat couldnt hold down the switch, yet snail meat, which ways far more less, was able to hold down the switch. This also made the puzzle more confusing.

@moonex The trick with the slime room is to kills slime until each area opens up. Once each area opens up, stop killing the slimes as it will only make them multiply. Instead, lead each slime one by one into the traps at the end which will freeze them. Once all slimes have been frozen, the next area will open. Good luck!

@bluemine86 The answer to getting passed the "Greed" room will be found past the snail room you are stuck on. To get past the snail room, but snails have to be teleported into each side area and led past each gate to the end. Then each snail must be killed by the shooting orbs so that their meat drops on each plate. Hope this helps!

great game so far, but im stuck in the part where it says that "those with greed should not pass". i know it has something to do with the blue room where the snail is at, but even when i did teleport the blobs and led them past the gates towards both switches, i still get nothing.

Hi All! Thanks for all the great comments. I've taken a break in developing the dungeon for a bit, but will take a look at the bug reports soon and get it fixed. Yes, the ogre is meant to be the Minotaur...I always thought he looked more like a minotaur anyway. Enjoy!

@EpicMedic, if you can't stand actually figuring out how the pressutre plates and teleporters work, you can short cut it by using spears from the room behind you, this allows you to see where things land and use a rock if the spear didn't go far enough. It also lets you keep some rocks for later.

Thought you should know about a bug just like the one I reported on January 21st. This time its in the NESW room, if you don't get it right without any monsters appearing, then a save results in a crash. It's just like how in the pit trap room the save would cause a crash after monsters appeared with the lightning. It's doing that again but in the NSEW room. Also, my slime was a sickly flesh color, did you do that or is it my computer?

Dungeon's amazing. The puzzles are good and challenging. Combat is getting almost too easy with all the tomes around. I'm loving it. Just taking a break because of a tricky puzzle that takes some running and combinations have haven't worked out yet.

Got a bug to report! I'm now in the NESW room, and I am getting an error whenever I save, regardless of whether there are items on the pressure plates. It closes the game and gives me this message:

Hey Trilobite, loving it very much so far! I am a good bit into it, and a thought occured to me. I have encountered an Ogre twice now, once in the Golden Idol room, and once again after the room with the 4 bombs and 4 timed doors . Both of these times I could see the text that the Minotaur was saying. Is the Ogre meant to be the Minotaur, was there a reskin or something I was meant to download?

@EpicMedic (2/2) The pressure plate nearest to the teleporter will rotate how the stone comes out by 90 degrees each time. The easiest way to it have 8 stones and then throw a stone then rotate the teleporters. It may take a bit of trying, but you should be able to spot the pattern. If you can line up the stone to go through the teleporter behind the gates, then keep touching the pressure plate on the right and throw a stone each time. Hope this helps.

@EpicMedic (1/2) Okay, the solution to the room is to get stones on each of the 4 pressure plates that are behind the gratings. If you run out of stones, then the lever in the room when moved down will return the stones to the center of the room, but be sure to move the lever back to the up position before throwing more stones. When you trhow a stone into the teleporter, it will come out behind the grating in one of 4 directions.

@zentiltoutou I'm sorry, I'm not entirely sure how LOG handles saved games when dungeon versions are updated mid-way, but it sounds like in this case its not the answer. My congratulattions on making it as far as you did though. There is still another full floor to enjoy if you are up for starting over, but I think that may be the only option, but I'm sure that would solve the problem. I'm hoping to finish off floors 5 and 6 and then will call it completed, just waiting on some inspiration for new puzzles. Thanks again, and sorry for the dead-end.

I updated the dungeon version. It says "Level 5 is 1/4 finished". There still is no slime. I came back from before the N,E,S,W room . After I updated my dungeon version I had a warning popup about loading a save game from old version could crash the game. Am I doomed?

@zentiltoutou Uh oh...something is definitely missing for sure. There should have been a single green slime in that 2x2 room to dodge and fight and once killed a sequence begins. I just checked the dungeon in the editor and confirmed it is there...are you able to try updating your version of the dungeon perhaps? Sounds like you're doing really good though! Hopefully an update will help.

Hi, I am going slowly through this labyrinth and I think the minotaur got me!
After the N,E,S,W room I got my items back and went through the new teleporter. I arrive in a 2x2 room with bones and apparently no button, no rune and no back teleporter. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

@zentiltoutou Thanks for the bug report. I'll definitely check it out. I think it may have been caused by a change I made in that room probably during your playthrough. The good news is though that you can get through that room without doing what you mentioned through trial & error if you need to.

@tvlasv If you have a save game before taking the statue, then all you should have to do is place an object on the altar before taking the statue. If the minotaur has been triggered though it is a death sentence.

Thanks trilobite, I pass! This time I have a bug report. In the freezing death room, when I try to throw a quarrel or an arrowfrom the first case of the room to the pushing plate in front of the statue the game crashes, I've already move the statue to my left by pushing the hidden switch.

Guys, who knows how to pass the plaice with an ogre wich appearse after i take the golden statue
