Funny thing is, I set up it up so I could play chess, It works either way. You just need to set one side to hold offensive and the other to hold defensive.

Ramaka - There is such a thing as a king in Checkers. The term is called "KING ME" when you reach your opponent's backside of the board. Kings can move in any diagonal direction.

... um yes a piece becomes a king when u reach the other side of the board with it and there can be many kings in checkers

Carlsbad: Summon different minions for different chess pieces, move them around. can do a different number of upgrades on each side to differentiate who's minion is who's.
