I stopped when my pc crashed and lost the mod progress, got discouraged and I did try to get back to it but I haven't been playing Xcom 2 either for a while now.
Sorry to bring bad news. If I somehow get back I might give it another shot

Just wanna let everyone know I am busy with making an USA and CHINA(except hacker) full infantry voice packs. Don't Worry about the GLA I have that one already finished and updated it to the WOTC version (GLA was the quickest because I was allowed to use the upk's of the Vanilla Xcom 2 GLA mod, btw thanks nazi uniform enthusiast for that) when I am done with that all I will make for each a preview video before rolling out. I will be hoping you all will like it!

@Postermaster @Thahat I will see what I can, there is already a person who made a WHOLE GLA voice pack maybe he would update the mod for WOTC or I will ask him if I can get the files so I am able to update it instead of starting from scratch.

preview would be nice. remember some people might like the VP, but have never played thew game ;)

So I tested it and the voice won't work in Vanilla it did was there just there wasn't any voice coming out. I do not know how to fix that with the War of the Chosen editor probably just NOT.

I never actually seen people use WOTC voicepacks for vanilla, maybe I will try it or someone else is ahead of me with that.

WotC specific mods don't run in the normal game as the launcher won't list them.
But, at least for voicepacks, they should be fully compatible with WotC when made for the normal game (the three factions won't be able to use the voice pack, however)

I"ve noticed that generally, voicepacks work on both in terms of backwards compatability because I run a ton of the vanilla in my WotC, but I don't know about WotC on vanilla. Can somebody confirm that one?

ok this might be really promissing, might have to try it out later!
-this makes me thing of a jarmen kell voicepack for the reapers, might just be a perfect fit!
