That would please me very much. I really do not like the wrong flag being used in Kaiserreich and while it is easy to replace the main flag, there are many focus tree icons that use the base mod one. I would welcome that change with open arms.

i predict that this mod will be rendered moot when the Germany update comes out; the devs will quietly take the ugly-as-sin Kriegsmarine flag out back and Ol' Yeller it so the tricolor can be restored without much hassle from the Kaiserboos.

Well, yes, that is true, but the mod will still work perfectly well. The truth is that I haven't been playing much Hearts of Iron lately, so I have kind of been waiting for the next Kaiserreich update before I start messing around with modding, again. I am hoping the next one is soon and releases the India and free France updates. Anyways, long story short, this mod will work regardless of what the patch version says. I will update it for the patch version soon(ish).

Love the old tricolor compared to the base mod

I personally like that the gov-in-exile flag is still different than 'metropolitan' Germany.

I will fix the German government in exile flag: I apologize for not seeing it, but Germany losing in my games is extremely rare.

@OmegaInvictus What about an update? It has long been due. Making the flag work for both GER and GIE would be nice.

It should work fine for the new version of Kaiserreich. I will update the mod to say it is compatible with HOI4 1.7 on the 14th.

Nothing was changed in the move to the new location, so this mod does not need to be updated for it.

If you are running the game on patch 1.5.1, try bringing it back up to patch 1.5.2. For some reason that seems to be fixing the mod for some people.

Well, I don't think it is Kaiserreich's fault. This mod is working fine for me and for people I know.

Just a quick suggestion Ryan, though I have not tried it yet. Delete all sources of the mod in your files, and redownload it.

I don't use a Mac, but if you downloaded through the link, it should give you a .zip file in wherever your browser puts downloaded material.

With regards to the workshop messing up, it messed up with the primary Kaiserreich mod with the last update to that mod.

Thanks for the link. I can't find my mod folder on my Mac, though. Pretty much every mod has worked for me through the workshop download. It would suck if I can't download it through the workshop. Do you have any idea if this workshop issue is fixable (on Steam's end?)

Yes OmegaInvictus, when I tried loading with ONLY Kaiserreich and the Kaiserreich Germany Only Flag Mod, I get the default one.

He changed the flag because this is the more realistic one as this is the national flag and the other is the flag for the German army.

Because I like this one better than the one the main mod uses and I know other people agree, so I put it on the workshop.
