I think Big Ben came with tiny grenades as well, though I managed to keep those for the longest time because they came in a sealable pouch with strap. He was a lucky find for me when I was on vacation once, a store had him and Desert Scorpion. The only other things I bought that I consider lucky because I never saw them a second time again were Overlord and Toxo-Zombie

Frag Viper's grenades...forget about it. I don't think a single one exists to this day.
I remember having the bright idea of burying a battle armor Cobra Commander in a sandbox and never finding him again.
I also floated a Killer W.H.A.L.E. down an irrigation ditch, losing a full squad and a Sgt. Slaughter. The good old days.

the only two GI Joes I ever recall losing were Buzzer and Super Trooper. the latter pissing me off since I had a mail away for him. lol. The first one I ever remember owning was Airtight. accessories are a whole other ballgame. I remember losing Frag Viper's grenades in record time, ditto with Tripwire's landmines

Noooo! Some many good, fighting, action figures have been cut down in the prime of their lives by the dreaded lawnmower. R.I.P.

I always loved the Repeater action figure, but I never owned him but a friend of mine did. Was sad when he left him outside in the backyard and his dad ran over him (and Raptor and Crystal Ball) with the lawnmower.
