Nice mod work! I think what would be cool is if you made it so that blue baby was the chest boss for every living character (isaac, maggy, cain, etc.), but for blue baby, the chest boss is changed to the keeper (because i figure the keeper is a more dead version of the blue baby... blue baby is a fleshy corpse whereas the keeper is a completely dehydrated corpse) and then for the keeper the chest boss is changed to the forgotten (this part is pretty self explanatory)
