@Rocky, "Osterreich" means "Austria" so that's not really a grammar error, and whent it comes to Bosnia, Galicia and Hungary, I assume they became puppets by Hitler, was to calm the ethnic tension in the empire, (its the best answer I can give right of the bat, but giving it a Habsburg leader is more likely if it happend in our timeline).

The Bismarck dying and Prussia losing the Austro-Prussian war, I cannot give a satisfying answer to that, neither to your first question as to why it controls all of West Prussia.

Why does A united germany own all of west prussia

How does Prussia lose, even if Bismark died in the war, Moltke was a tactical genius, and Austria would still have lost

Why do Austrian subjects have their own states? Austrians clearly didn't care for Minorities in thier Empire, And even if they did give it up (Only because it would contradict the point of having a united germany), they would just branch it off to another branch of the Habsburgs

Also why is it called "Osterreich Reich" Litteraly meaning Austrian Empire Empire

There was something like Great War. It was Ottoman-Bulgarian conflict. After Balkan War, Ottoman Empire, create a large army and attack Bulgarians. Bulgaria was supported by Great Germany, and after some years by Great Britain and Russia. Prussia wanted to strike back and attack Great Germany from north. In 1917 Bolsheviks took (easier then in normal history, because Russian Army fight in southern front) Petersburg and Moscow. And helped Communists in Prussia. The war was over. Great Germany took back Silesia, Israel and Jordan. Great Britain took Turkish colonies. After war Turkey became the Republic, but Prussian and Soviet armies helped Turkish Communist front. That's why there are Soviet Russia, Prussian People's Republic and Turkish Socialist Republic.

Now, I've been wondering what event in this timeline is comparable to WW1 regarding its effect on the Austro-German & Hitler's psyche? Unlike Mussolini & Stalin, who were trouble makers their whole adult lives, Hitler was just a failed, struggling artist. What is it in this timeline that made this unremarkable man gain extremist views and what would make Austrians & Germans follow him?

This is a similar problem you're having with the Soviet & Red Prussia origin story. Without a WW1, there's really no catalyst for the Russian Revolution. The Great War really toppled the old order in central & eastern Europe, without it things would've stayed the same. That being said, I can see this war being bad enough that Austria-Hungary splits into a federation (like in Kaiserreich) but how does it not completely disintegrate?
