Also, the Scout has already been done.
The reason for the conflict is that, despite the Workshop versions not using shaders, they still have the files for shaders.
They share shader textures, just like in TF2.
Because there are no shaders, there is no real conflict, so you can play L4D2 with these mods without worry.
