I'm a bit late to the party, but for all the people that can't get the map to work; I have found a solution. Using some online workshop downloader, you can download the map's .lua script. Put this in your garrysmod/gamemodes/nzombies/officialconfigs folder with the name nz_gm_bigcity_improved;Bigcity;1143761181. It works for me and I hope it works for others.
