@edidey that's all decals. You can use surface painter, surface brushes, ploppable asphalt, or no grass sprites mod

When I place these decals the grass comes through them. How can avoid this?

Nice! I'll have to test, but my guess is that they'll work better then quite a few of the existing decals because of that rounded piece for corners.
