No, the voices are set on a unit basis.
You mean have the sound mod replace the "Roger" voice as opposed to "Matthew?" Yeah, that can certainly be done.
In terms of making a pidgin mod, I have no experience with that. I'm a mainlander/actual Japanese, so the nuance is quite different. I'm also a complete amateur and for the most part can barely speak normal English in an aesthetically adequate manner.
Technically not for the most part, although there is some documentation that on occasion the 442nd has performed a charge while shouting "Banzai." In all honesty, the 442nd by most accounts would sound just like a regular American voice, as Japanese would raise suspicion among their non-Nisei comrades and would inhibit communication with other white units. That's why for the support call-ins I removed the radio feedback of any Japanese portions of the voice lines, to simulate the player either talking to themselves or to other Nisei.
Whoops, ribs messed up his uploads. The officer one will be up in ultra quality soon.
Mine was a kid in the 40s, but he was drafted for Korea. He said he hated his time there.

Danke, I try my best. Didn't think Matthew was that annoying though.
@Ho Chi Mints: It's right here
Fantastic work and bless your souls.
