I seemed to have fixed it. Here's what I did:
I cleared my Download Caches from my local server, then I had to restart Steam. (After that, I had to delete the Client Registry.blob file from Steam because I was having an engine error, but I don't know if that was just isolated incident).
I realize that this is a sign of my internet just being slow, but I can't seem to see why this would be happening to ONLY ONE addon and no others.
Addons have changes - remounting

Cancelling workshop download.. too slow.. maybe stuck? Try again later.
END: DownloadAddons
This is strange to me because I've never encountered this error before, and even so, every single other addon that had changes downloaded with no problems.
Any info would be appreciated.
Do not get until this mod is fixed!
10/10 spoops
I honestly think the file size is fine, consittering that there are sizes up to 97.000 MB or so. Give or take. But hey, it's just a suggestion.

Sort of a horror map.
There is not much you can do, at this point I believe this is a compiling issue, depend if you're the only one to have this or not.
If it's a general issue I think it come from the VRAD, make sure you checked the VRAD setting in the compiling options and make sure you don't have any map leaks.
Also, do NOT use the hammer for compiling the map, when the map is too big it may cause problems or even reboot your computer, there is a tool called Valve Batch Compile Tool, I recommend to use it.
