Its not one model. This npc is just alot of small segments. If something remove one of segments - npc despawn. Game automatically remove entities that cross specific map borders.

The model is there and everything, but I suppose its stuck in some sort of "T pose" state where the animation isnt working properly and it refuses to move. Sometimes when this happens it just says "The destroyer had despawned". SOmething along the lines of those words.
