Yes and no. Each are individual death themes, meaning only one can be active in order for the music to be properly altered, but also allows the player to pick and choose which theme they would perfer by disabling the other two with the in-game Mod manager.

Honestly that's what I tend to do since the multiple series of sound mods I've made conflict with eachother, so I select a group of which to listen to throught the game. You could also uninstall the other themes you don't want, but why not just disable them? L4D2 tends to remember which is diabled for a reason. Thanks for the question!
