I'm not sure if this is related but whenever there is a soldier trait check and the camera slowly zooms into the soldier it continues to zoom in through the soldier and goes under the ground. The camera returns to normal once the trait check is complete.

Lily is in the Legacy Operations - but her data isn't stored along with the TLE File that you can rename .bin in order to get all other Legacy Operation People into your Character Pool.

This mod seems to cause my screen to go completely white at random points

It seems that after playing a legacy mission that this mod stopped working, even after redownloading. Has anyone else had this issue?

Reckon I'll have to give it a try. Previous versions are all broken, and of course Firaxis steadfastly refuses to create a free camera of their own! Stay tuned for a review for 2021. 👍👍👏

Why don't you clean your config files if your mods have stopped?

I've been using AML and this along with a few other mods have stopped working. No conflicts found in AML.

So i did what you said and enabled all the mods, yours included and launched through ALM but unfortunately it still didn't work. The mod does change the amount of degrees the camera turns correct?

If you're using the game's launcher to manage your mods, you should know by now they fucked it up some time ago when they added the new launcher. Use the alternate mod launcher to manage your mods https://github.com/X2CommunityCore/xcom2-launcher .

You should probably create a shortcut to launch the game directly once you confirm the mods are loading correctly to bypass any need for a launcher afterwards. Add these options to the end of the Target line in the shortcut properties though: -review -noRedScreens -noStartUpMovies

Despite what other comments are saying, this works perfectly for me. Camera rotates by 45 degrees instead of 90. It's been working as expected across dozens of missions.

NVM It was a completely different mod called "Camera Rotation".

I had similar mod for the original game and it let me hold a keyboard button down and turn the camera (mouse) at any angle i wanted. With the updated for WotC there is no such functions. Any ideas?

Funny thing, I have no problem with the pre-WOTC version of this mod. It's working great with WOTC and TLP. I never updated it because I never had any reason to.

This is unlikely to get updated for the Tactical Legacy pack. I do not have the desire or free space to download the nearly 100gb modding tools again just to update a simple script.

Hey it worked for a little wile for me but it it seems like it broke down again, note I do have TLP DLC.

It was working until about 3-4 days ago. Reverted to the default 90 degree camera.

Pressing Q or E still shifts the camera 90 degrees, which is just so damn dumb

Lampros, that's a well known bug introduced by the War of the Chosen DLC. Nothing to do with this mod.

I occasionally have the same issue that pcwizard has as well.

Also, another issue is that during slower, up-close animations - especially stuff like Overwatch and Guardian procs - the animation hangs or freezes, and I have to reload. Is that an issue with this mod - or vanilla issue?

It's both mods. It's a game engine bug. Doesn't happen frequently to me. If it's too much of an annoyance for you, the only way to fix it is not use a camera mod that allows 45 degree increments. You could also try making sure the camera is tilted 45 degrees (like the stock camera) when ending your turn. Worth a shot.

Im not sure if its this mod or Free Camera Rotation mod but during missions randiumly the camera sometimes goes to a white screen with fire burning sound after my turn so if any1 can shed light on this issue i appreate it
