okay so even after unloading the mod and trying to complete the quest, its stilled bugged the quest and the collapse of the forge doesnt initiate... meaning i cant leave without using console commands with the stairs being lowered.

for those who want to use this mod, let me give you some tips before you sub, seeing as the devs have dropped all support or feedback for it...gg

DO NOT sub until you have completed the "lost to the ages" questline
DO NOT use the map in the butelft ruins, apparently it makes your game crash
DO NOT use console commands to add aetherium crests/shards, the game will not register them as being in your inventory, you will have to get them through smelting from the ore veins you find

lmfao so it takes going through all the comments to look at when the devs dropped support, only to see one of them state that this mod shouldnt be used until AFTER the quest is completed... and no mention of this anywhere in the description.... NICE MEME! x'D

i went through the whole of blackreach, had to start the "discerning the transmundane" quest to get there... didnt find a single aetherium ore vein, nice meme

Good stuff but you might want to add to the description that it should only be used AFTER completing Lost to the Ages. Once the lift has been raised and the quest complete it should be safe to use.

Katria doesn't appear. Have started new games, unsubscribed and resubscribed to this mod, no difference. Katria will not appear. You Tubed this mod, and evidently many people have this same bug, and there is no fix.

hey man, cool mod and everything, but id just like to ask for a different design for the aetherium weapons, like having aetherium on the outside of the weapon as a blue blade edge, just a recomendation, wouild be awesome, anyway thanks for the mod man.

So these Aetherium Crests are completely useless to me.
I used my knowledge of the quest system, that being using the quest ID to forcefully advance the quest, (i.e. Lost To The Ages quest ID is DLC1LD)
So I ran through, doing these simple commands:
player.sqs dlc1ld (that shows the quest stages)
setstage dlc1ld ~~~ (whatever stage for that will advance the quest)
Let's just say I can't even get to the Aetherium Forge, even with my knowledge of the console.
My game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Don't subscribe to this mod. What a waste of time. Found all the shards, show up at Buleft, and Katria doesn't appear. Have started new games, unsubscribed and resubscribed to this mod, no difference. Katria will not appear. You Tubed this mod, and evidently many people have this same bug, and there is no fix. The person who created this mod obviously doesn't care enough to fix it. This mod is bad news. Stay away from it!

I have a effect on my character that adds a bonus to dwarven armor and weapons, are these classified as dwarven armors or will this perk not work with it?

Hey DovahLord if you are playing PC start over it worked I restarted my game and it completed the mission when I used the forge. And it doesn't take that long to complete the mission. If you are console I feel bad because I know how tough it is to get back where you were.

I am having the same issue I keep reloading to a point where I didn't have the quest to see if that helped it didn't and i tried turning the game off and on and that didn't help either. I still am having issues with the aetherial crests. And i'm trying the mission on a new game to see if that will help I'll let you know DovahLord06.

Something is causing a bug to occur during the "Lost To The Ages" quest, im not sure if its anything from this mod, or if its just the game. Any ideas why the quest may be bugged?

i have 17 aetherium crests and it still is not counting them what should i do?

when i get to the forge and i have collect all the aetherium crests in Buleft and it wont show a multiple number of crests when i go to forge something at the aetherium forge but great mod over all and you get a free aetherial bow thats nice i love this mod and i can't turn of the water how do i do that because there is a vein of aetherium ore under water but i dont know how to turn off the water.

Ok ignore my second part, I realize now what the ruin is for. One recommendation is to redo to aetherium forge so it only can make aetherium stuff including crests which shouldn't even be used for that. And maybe a new pickaxe for mine isn't aetherium?. Also a more crystalline texture would look better on aetherium, so it doesn't look as copy-paste

Idk if this is a bug or not, Buleft Treasury gate is blocked/locked. Doesn't appear to need a key, maybe a lever? And which enter acne am I suppose to take? Inner city or treasury?

This mod gives me a desktop crash, everytime i use the map in dungeons. I have more than 200 Mods, so maybe it is not compatible with another mod. When i activate Aetherium, i get the crash. If i run Skyrim without Aetherium, my Map works.
