It works fine. The production cost increases when you add modules, so it will end up being more expensive then the old base cost of the ship model. The base cost is still lowered however, so the total cost will be lower. Use the directed download if you are having issues.

Perhaps make a mod that sets the build cost for everything to 1? Just to allow for the most chaotic games possible
