Sorry, I didn't make it. You can search for GTA ragdolls. I remember that there were some GTA ragdolls in the workshop.

They are just models which you cannot drive.

It's not a scar addon. It is just a model pack, which includes several car models.
You can find on the spawn menu(press Q) - browse - games

its a good enough mod that i had fun with.
i would recommend to people with a love for gta.
