Theres the 48000 problem wich in most Valve games where you can edit the Audio files can present, to Fix it the audio must be lower from 48000 (Like 44100) In audacity, This would be a Long and Frustrating process but it sure worth a try, if the Maker will decide to fix it by himself he can try but for now we need to modefy it with Audacity to fix it, i wish there was another way but its the only way to fix the 48000 Problem. No, but when the game tries to play them it fails, and the console reports a sound file with an invalid sample rate. An easy example to view this in Tumtara is to simply shoot Shima with your starting pistol - most of the hurtminorxx.wav files are 48000 hz.

Some SFX in this archive are in 48000 hz... which causes L4D2 to complain in the console. Most everything else is 22050 hz and plays fine, though I'd like to see the sample rates be fixed.

While shimakaze isnt my waifu id let you know that you should be proud and im thankfull that you spend your time merely for the sake of everyone else to enjoy the daily life that small bit more. Aaaaaand im gonna give it a try :P

Seems ok, sound quality is ok. Shimakaze voice mod is hard to do as theres not much variety in her lines :)

Just a quick question i assume this mod has fewer voice lines as it takes less MB than this one http://www.gamemaps.com/details/17556 but can you tell me what the quality of sound is and how the lines fit? (i already know how to change voice but i wanna know how this voice is and it takes FOREVER to rebuild audio)

Will I ever be able to find a voice mod that doesn't require me to do all this crap?
I saw a master chief mod and used it, its perfectly fine and replaces all the sound files easily
