Any chance youl be updating the phoenix to asa?

Does anyone else have the issue that these phoenixes dont melt metal and cook meats in their inventory?

Managed to find some, tame some, are mate boosted but they sadly won't breed. Tried using the hitching post and in a confined space but they don't seem to do the job. Do they need to be in a specific load order of the mod list?

Okay nvm i fixed it myself now. But i have another question is it possible to turn up the spawn rates of the modded phoenix? I already set the normal spawnweightmultiplier to x10 but nothing happend to0. Only 1 phoenix on my server so far

Hey JD thx for making the Phoenix breedable with that mod. But sadly i am using classic flyers and having problems with your mod spawning Phoenix. Do you know any way that i can use classic flyers but your mod spawn breedable phoenix anyway?

@JD couldn't you use the argy landing anim or is that not possible?

If I wanted to install this mod, but still only have the phoenix show up during heat waves and stay super rare, is that possible?

JD, have you tried looking to see if you can remove the pheonix fire from it? Just get rid of the flame animations that is. Through a server setting or option directly on pheonix, it would be really nice to get rid of that crap :P

I don't mind the pheonix glowing, and leaving a flame trail behind it while boosting, or even the fireball effect. But the idle fire when flying without boosting is extremely annoying and you can't see past it. Kinda ugly too to some extent.

I'm honestly surprised no-one has been bothered by it enough to make a landing phoenix and bat. If I had the skills necessary i would totally do it

Can you provide some more info about these? How long do they take to grow up for example? What kibbles do they want for care? What sort of heat level do they take to hatch? (Should probably be the same as Wyverns)

Any chance you can also add a toggle to the phoenix to turn off its flame effect? I've been looking for a mod like this one butcan also remove fire, I mean its difficult enough as is to see past a bird you ride while in 3rd or 1st person, but its impossible to aim r see anything at all with your screen on fire in both modes.

I'd just like the fire toggle on the pin wheel so we can turn off the fire and see normally around the bird. Not sure how this will affect the boost mode the phoenix has, but at least we'll be able to see better.

@Death Adder no it won’t work with classic flyers and its stackable with any mod that doesn’t replace the Phoenix

@Zera_Fox no, will only spawn on scorched earth but there is a way through ini files where you can add your own spawns

awesome mods any idea when a bundle will be available?

@Invader Tim there’s a chance that you might lose them when switching to the bundle so I suggest waiting until I can release the bundle

if i add a couple of the mods, then exchange them for the bundle when you release it will i lose tames you think? i'm really anxious to get this before too many people have to start over taming these new ones

@jd i was woundering if you might make 2 small changes to your mod or a second one with them.

First so the phoenix does not eat only sulfer as only ragnarok and scorched have sulfer while the centre and the island dont and alot of people dont like the idea of transfering arks just to feed 1 pet.

Second a 50% improvement to the phoenixs weight as it's so pathetic right now that it negates the fact this bird can harvest nearly anything as afew bits of crystal or metal and it's full even a lvl 600 only had about 500 weight on a server that buffs the weight stat for tames.

With those 2 flaws gone the phoenix would be amazing and good for each ark "also worth the effort to tame one even more so since flamethrowers got a ultra nerf"
