((Don't you mean when his sanity is high? The reason he is so chill is because he's ALREADY insane due to sopor slime. He gets all dominate because he no longer has anything to keep him calm.
It'd be more fun that the more insane he is, the slower it decreeses but the higher it is the harder he is to control; Computer randomly presses the 'F' key when near entities.))

It looks like you aren't updating this anymore but here are some ideas anyway.

New item:
Sopor Slime Pie: restores sanity

Pros:
Stronger when insane - when he runs out of pies
Proficient with clubs - Clubkind Strife Specubus
Mess with people's dreams (Like he can control/affect creatures that are asleep) - he did it like twice in the story

Cons:
Can't target passive/friendly mobs when high sanity - high on slime
Slower walking speed - it looks dramatic and I wanted another con

Also you should look into the [API] Modded Skins, you could make Gamzee's god tier outfit.

you should give him juggling clubs and a slime pie recipe

also another thing you can do is have it so your sanity slowly drain and slime pies help maintain it, also when he loses all of his sanity he can go RAGE MODE and do double damage and regain health from attacks, but can no longer eat slime pies so you'll need to find a another way to restore his sanity, just an idea for the future if you plan on doing more with the .lua files
