In the meantime, sadly I got used to ultra brightness mods and disabling features that make use of KSWH's light engine.
I think this is the issue of the engine. Light Adaptation in Space Engineers isn't based on how much light falls into your eye/player camera, but based on the brightness of the location you're standing in. It is absolutely horrible and makes up for absolutely unnatural light changes.
Therefore, some features of this mod, signify the issue of the vanilla game. This is purely a mistake on the developer and this mod would synergize perfectly if the devs would correct their horrid mistakes.
just to make sure we are all on the same page:
- after subscribing to the mod you did add it to the worlds modlist
- you are not using another shader mod
reminds me of a certain game
compatibility with the water mod would be nice, water is a little too bright at night but it still is playable
afraid of someone hiding in the dark?
