@That Random Dude 999999 I never said that, they looked seriously real ((minus the horribly innacurate gigantopithecus)) it's just some of the animals ((akela and the monkeys)) had odd innacurate gravity to them which made them take me out of it a little.

i'm probably wrong, but i think the jungle book was made when they were getting the hang of CGI, and i can understand if the animals didn't look "real"

@That Random Dude 999999 I gotta agree, was pretty good, although some of the animals didn't seem to have weight to them to me which took me out of it sometimes.

@That Random Dude 999999 Two things, one is "to bring new life in their animations with the amazing technology we have today" new life? The original doesn't need new life, it's a great movie on it's own and two, I don't understand why it's so special to do the same thing but make it CGI, it doesn't make it better or worse, to me it just seems like a huge money grab for people nostalgic to the original film, final statement regarding this, I cannot change your mind and you can never change mine.

but i just said "to bring new life in their animations with the amazing technology we have today" and i don't give a lion s h i t if it's the same movie, lion king will be a nostalgic staple in my heart (except the lion guard..... we don't talk about t h a t movie...) and that's why i also said "who cares if it's the same movie? you can always watch the original if you don't like it." but i'm still gonna see it. no matter what. and i think it's a good idea to bring back movies with the hand drawn animations with the new CGI disney has.

@That Random Dude 999999 So...you're going to enjoy the exact same movie but it looks different? That doesn't seem the least bit odd to you, also unlike the Jungle book ((which some of the movie hasn't aged very well)) the original lion king I feel has aged better than any other animated movie for 2 reasons, one is it's just a great film and 2 is....it hasn't had time to age! It was only made in 1994! The movie is only 24 years old! It's not that old of a film, so why I ask, why make the exact same film but make it look different?
