I've already tested without any other addons. Running both singleplayer and on a dedicated server.

Just tested it on a clean install, no problems at all it seems. Maybe you are using a conflictive addon or maybe something went wrong with the download(?)
Try unsubscribing, cleaning up the .gma's and subscribing again or maybe "verify integrity of game files"?

All physics. I disable the addon, and every time something drops I hear the physics object collide. I re-enable the addon, only half the time something drops I hear it.
