RequiresXPACK=true
After that, it even works with the regular 2K Mod Launcher.
not sure how it's not working for you then, because it's been reliably working unless you didnt activate the mods in the launcher?
Tried the fix and unfortunately nada
tried it on all 3 of the mods including sparks 1mil colour and still nothing. unsubed from all 3 and ran game then reinstalled the 3 and tried the fix and still doesn't.
ty tho still appreciate you both taking the time to help and hope the fix works for anyone else.
also here's the file for the 1mil sparks colours for whoever is looking 1134598754
I literally posted the fix below
Except 1133948141 already has "RequiresXPACK=true"
if it didnt show up the first time, verify file or resub to the mod to fix that.
Do what ItsDaKoolaidDude said, but do this instead under description:

RequiresXPACK=true
I did this for both OneMillionColours and the Plugin for Wotc, to save time, the folders you need to find is:
1091135816 and 1133948141
Go to the file 1091135816 and open the OneMillionColours.XComMod file (description file) (with wordpad or equivalent of it, add RequiresXPACK=true at the bottom and save. that'll shut up the game telling you the mod's missing its mod.
When I try using it, I have no sliders and all the mod-added colors are gone. If I disable the additional colors mods, there are still no sliders. But I disable this mod, then I do have the additional colors from the other mods.
Also I'm not using the EmptyNames mod.
War of the Chosen
NOT war of the chosen!
NOT WotC!
I didn't install any new mods, so I don't get why this is failing me.
I tried the fix mentioned here, and it sadly didn't work.
plz help XD
Error popup says "Error detected in [...]WotC Plugin file".
Can I ask how the color sliders work, and what sort of scale they use (CMYK, RGB, etc.?). It doesn't look like anything I'm familiar with...

If you're getting the error dialog box pop up that says "Error loading package" etc., see my posts in the comments of the base mod. The issue is with the base mod, not this WOTC patch.
Short version for fix:
Find the file OneMillionColours.XComMod in your steamapps/workshop/content directory and open it in notepad. Add "RequiresXPACK=true" (without quotes) on a new line below the description.
