ok thx but it never did enumerating packages in the top left corner and i have downloaded many mods before

On the main menu of the game, it will say "Enumerating Packages..." in the top left corner. Wait for it to finish. It is installing mods. It will ask you to restart when it is done. When you have restarted change your player model under options. You will be that character when you play Co-Op or Versus.

Go to the main menu, wait for it to enumerate. When it's done it will ask you to restart. Click Restart and it should be there for you to use.

they are not listed under my subscribed mods but when i go to these mods they are subscribed to what should i do
