You can't sprint and shoot at the same time if by "Sprint" you mean "BFE sprinting".
You can when you use super-speed in other instances, and that's not a bug, just how it works. You're not really sprinting in HD or when crouching/swimming.

Sanic is more basic but game breaking due to the fact that with that you super speed right though level geometry results in crashing. if only right small amount of something was added to prevent crashing and clipping through geometry

It's basically a better version of Rabbit's Statik on a mortarcycle (without the weird controls and horrible turning)

Note that the host must have this mod in order for super-speed to be enabled!
