Yeah, you're right. The problem was the move is called something else in World so I had to go by the move previews. In English, I used "cutter" but it should have been "Original Cutter".

one advice because I just played Fire Pro D again: your Michales needs a different cuter at the big+up move, because your version makes a straight down one like DDP but he has a one handed jumping one in Fire Pro D. Move should be in the game and if you could fix this he is perfect
