I think this should be multi class but not all class. It could be like the airborne atire for soldier, demo, and medic(?).

I really do like this jacket. It has very pleasing asthetic design. I also like the armor underneath, and the comfy wool insolating the Jacket. It reminds me of Elder Maxson from Fallout 4's Brotherhood of Steel.
