This needs to be updated with right hand traffic routes. This asset does not help players who select left-handed traffic, it just reverses it to right hand traffic and vise versa. The asset needs to be made as a right hand traffic so it will auto adjust depending on the player traffic route decision on their beginning map creation.

I have right hand traffic set up correctly on my map. Whenever I set this industrial grid onto my map, no matter if I turn it by 180° or not the traffic direction of this grid is opposite, meaning left hand, to the rest of all my roads...why is that and what exactly am I missing?

You change driving orientation when starting the game on the map selection screen where you choose the name of your city (if at all).
