@Heretic I bet making stationary rotors that look like they're in movement would work too.
The real rotor however will be invisible. that'd be my idea

He said he would do a flacon but it would require making a new rig as it's a dual-rotor. I think a Pelican Pavelow would be cool.

I can easily imagine the regular Pavelow to be an intact pelican
and the news chopper to be a falcon. I'm not sure if the falcon would
work though...
