Okay, I think I know exactly how to do throbbing veins, but we need a relatively flat unmoving surface. If you want, I can send you some samples.

Of course, the tricky part is accomodating for space so they don't clip out of the visible area.

Not what I meant, I mean that if one of the veins is using the wires if you set one section to scale up in size the others do not compensate for the size change thus making it look choppy.

I know exactly how I'd do it. Use the golden simples animator to make the texture flow, and then the scale animator to make them throb.

It is probably possible but getting them to throb in a flowing manner would be the hard part.

Most of the objects do move, although some are there to make sure there are no holes in the level.
