Fantastic mod! Love playing alongside him. It appears in my current game that the flavor text for opinion bonuses & penalties from his Father of Gifts agenda is backwards; when he's angry, it's because he appreciates my great people and beautiful cities, but when he's happy, it's because he's annoyed I'm cramming my great people into underdeveloped cities.

The ignoring terrain cost bonus from the Jahazi seems to persist for land units even after they've disembarked. I embarked a warrior and archer within 2 tiles of a Jahazi and now they're able to pass through flat woods/jungle for 1 movement point.

FYI. The major adj from the coastal City Center applies to the Harbor in addition to the major adj you get from having a harbor adj to your City Center. So you get +4 from just having a harbor adj to your city.

Guys just download Simple UI Adjustments mod and the adjacency will appear in both the Jahazi and the districts. you will find the link in the description of the mod (in the Notes section). the only thing that doesn't work is the gold bonus from trade routes when you have fishery on bonus resource which isn't a big deal.

The major adjacency to districts adjacent to the city center in coastal districts is bugged. It doesn't provide the +2.

Like suicide dumpling, jahazi does'nt provide the described yield :/ Could you fix this please ? Neither shown on the map, neither in description in the yield of the city

Everytime I build a wonder, the game glitches out. I do not see the building animation. instead it goes to a fake screen that looks like the game map, and interacts similar to the map without the UI and with the "great wonder built" at the top.

Such a fun civ but the major adjacency from city center on costal cities is ridiculously OP. Great work though!

I found a small bug while playing against Swahili. I was looking through my relationship information (the page that shows what is positively and negatively impacting your relationship) and it said: "+8 Al Hasan is annoyed you are cramming your great people into underdeveloped cities." So either the text is wrong or the +8 modifier is wrong. Tiny thing, but thought I'd let you know. Great mod all in all, love the creativity as usual!

@Sukritact, the YNAMP GEM TSL support seems to not work for this civ/leader,... i have no idea why. Maybe you can take a look at it.

After the latest update the mod fails to load unless you have Australia enabled.

Unfortunately, the new update now creates a reqset error (Modifiers.SubjectRequirementSetId - "PLOT_IS_COASTAL_LAND_REQUIREMENTS" does not exist in RequirementSets)

Not sure which DLC this is dependent on in this case, but yeah, the mod now prevents the game from running for some users.

@Cuso: the latest update adds a AI preference for the Jahazi, so hopefully they build it now.

Hi suk! I noticed in my last game that the ai haven't build any Jahazi, and looking at the leader AI in the sql I saw you had not defined it to build this unit, only to research certain civs. In your experience the AI builds the unit without being defined in the files or should it be added? I ask because I noticed in your other mods you never define the unique unit but I always see the AI build them, and this not being a replacement of a military unit might need that extra incentive

Hey, I was really looking forward to using this mod, but it seems to have been causing a CTD once the game loads and you get the option to press the "start game" button. I disabled ALL other mods besides this one and the issue persisted. I greatly appreciate the work you put in on this Civ, but it doesn't seem to be working for some reason. Thanks.

As far as I can tell all the reported issues are compatibilty issues with other mods. The mod is still working fine AFAIK.

Please disable obsoletion for the Jahazi unit. It comes out of nowhere and seriously screws with city planning and expansion.

Great mod! However, I think you should buff Coral Construction to have either a much higher (maybe even 100%) production boost to traders, or an additional benefit.

There was another civ mod that had a similar problem with stacking tile yield boosts. What it if instead of boosting adjacent tiles, it boosted every tile worked by the city when garrisoned in it?

@Baleur, I dunno if you've seen the expansion videos, but they're adding cultural variations for the monument. It'll be on a city art-style basis rather than a civ one, but it's a step towards what you want.

I really LOVE the unique monument. Honestly i think that should be a vanilla thing for ALL civs.
It is a building that forms the central visual element of all your cities, even beyond your capital, and really helps to solidify a visual aesthetic of which particular civilization you are playing as.
Honestly cant believe why Firaxis missed the opportunity on this one, having egyptian obelisks in every civ is a real shame (i love them, but doesnt make much visual sense).

Would really differentiate all the civs so much if the monument was a different model for all civs, or at least culture types. Imagine your Scythian civ having a mini-kurgan thing with banners, your roman monument being a marble pillar, your aztec monument being a statue of quetzalcoatl, etc.
Do you have any idea if it would be possible to make such a "Culturally Diverse Monuments" mod? Who could i get in contact with to make this happen?

@Sukritact: Looks as this should be reworked? It comes in the Middle Ages and is obsolete in Industrialization thus only available for a very shot time. Furthermore there is no Civilopedia entry about it being obsolete in Industrialization (IIRC). Also it is not upgradable. Although it is the CIVS UU and also a really cool idea you cannot use it like you should ... okay I could build a lot of them at once just in case I might need them later on but this seems not really feasible.

I think this is bugged. Around turn 165 I suddenly lost the ability to create Jahazi.
I cannot build any and the the one I build last vanished.
The CIV is nice but not playable anymore.

I'm not sure what caused it but I got a bug where the agency bonuses from Coral Construction and the culture and housing on habour districts from Palace of Husuni Kubwa aren't working.

@sukritact thanks for the explanation, now I understand that mechanic. Also, leader graphic is sooo good, that I won't be sad about him not being animated. :) I'm very grateful for your amazing work, every one of your mods is superb.
