Just change the version of the mod in the descriptor file. For example, change from 1.4.3 to 1.5.4*

thats..... a whole hell of a lot. the amount of effort required would be astronomical. how bout lets see -this- mod updated first before calling for something more ambitious than R56.

and can you make the tech tree infantry ect, tanks, rockets. from 50s to 2000s. mars missions and moon missions. more nukes. computers all the way to 2030. all air crafts from 1950 to 2040. all boats from 1940 to 2050. kinda things like that. i have more. rocket centres. nuclear launch pads. well you think of more. make it a normal hoi4 mod

In the long run the FR&D tree is unique in which it should not be touched as its the choice of the players to have an advantage either it be by sending your whole countrie to die or send speical forces to do quick incursions its a unique decision that will only be made based on what the player prioritizes.
