It only works if the cosmetic shares the same bones. but the TF2 Playermodels shares the Hl2 Bones only.

The "DUCK" Isn't there a way to do that? You use the easy bonemerge tool and you choose the accessories you want for your character and then you attatch them to yourself?

This is just cosmetics that you need the bonemerge tool to attach onto scout's ragdoll.

They are technically mods who that originally replaced stuff set to have there own model.

Like. if you wanted a Camoflaged Sniper. but not wanting to replace the original model's textures. you can use both the hex and the original mod on the same time.
